Coconut & Fruit Smoothie with Hemp Seed

THE INGREDIENTS.
150g almond Butter
125ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Juice of 1/2 Orange
1 ripe banana
Fresh fruits of the season
2 tablespoons of hemp seed
Mint or lemon balm for decoration

THE PREPARATION.

Blend almond butter, coconut milk, shredded coconut, orange juice and banana together until smooth. Blend in seasonal fruits. scatter hemp seed over the top and decorate with mint or lemon balm.

THE TIP.

Always make base smoothies fresh to retain all the flavours and vitamins
