Rewards2LORNA’S GREEN SMOOTHIE.

2 tablespoon of coconut yogurt
1 handful of kale
1.5 cups of coconut water keifer or coconut water
1/3 avocado
½ lime
1 handful of mint leaves
1t buckinis for topping

Method.

Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth. Top with buckinis and enjoy.
